These terms explain how 5 GAP works, what the service is meant to do, and the rules that apply when you use our guided AI workflows.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Activity under your account is treated as your responsibility unless you report unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the platform, probe or bypass security, submit harmful code, or upload content that you do not have the right to use, share, or process with AI tools.
Your workflow content
You keep ownership of the material you enter into workflows, including task descriptions, notes, and business context. You give 5 GAP permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the product and show your activity history.
AI-generated outputs
5 GAP provides AI-generated drafts, summaries, classifications, and other outputs for productivity and training purposes. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, so you should review them before relying on them for accounting, business, legal, tax, or client-facing decisions.
Free and paid access
Some features may be limited on free access, and paid plans may unlock additional workflows, usage, or history features. Prices and plan details are controlled by the pricing page and any checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.
Service changes
We may change, improve, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. We may also update workflows, templates, limits, and product positioning as we continue refining the service for accountants and similar users.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized way, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
Liability and contact
